Actions to address the immediate needs of the Flood Affected people in District D.G.Khan-South Punjab-Pakistan

Quick Response to minimize the Miseries of the Flood Affected people in Tehsil Tounsa of District D.G. Khan-South Punjab-Pakistan.
Project Objective:
Provision of Food Baskets & Health hygiene kits to the 15 deserving families for a period of one month.
Proposed Outputs:
15 deserving families got food baskets and Health hygiene kits for the period of one month which contained (Flour, Ghee, Rice, Sugar, Different Pulses, Dates, tea, soap and salt, sanitary pad)
Project Location
District Dera Ghazi Khan Tehsil Taunsa , Union Council Bindi Village: Bodo Mana, Lengha, Basti Markhoi, Basti Jhang,Basti Habib Sharqi.

Implementation Strategy:

The following are proposed methods for 

implementation.

1. Sukh Development Foundation’s team will design an assessment form for the identification of the most deserving families.
2. Well transparent process will initiate the procurement of food items.
3. Tokens will be issued to the identified deserving families.
4. Community influence will also be involved in the distribution process.
5. Conducted 10 health & Hygiene Sessions (IEC Material will be provided by Donor) 

The monthly report will be submitted to the support organization.
